We can only use your Virgin Voyages username and password to import your information -- not social login or by booking reference number.

If you don't know your password, or you use Social Login (Google, Facebook, etc.) and never set a password:

• Reset your password:
  • Go to the Virgin Voyages Password Reset Site.
  • Sign out of your Virgin Voyages app, then go to Login > "Did you forget your login details?"
• Enter your email and press "Reset my password"
• You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
• Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password

Now you can enter your Virgin Voyages email and password in this app!

To protect your privacy, this app runs entirely in your browser. However, browser security (CORS) normally prevents websites from talking to the Virgin Voyages API directly.

To fix this, you need to temporarily disable CORS using a Chrome extension (or equivalent for other browsers):

1. Install the CORS Bypass Extension.
2. Click the "CORS Bypass Extension" icon in your browser toolbar. Note: The icon may be hidden in the "Extension/Puzzle" menu
3. Click the Shield Icon to disable CORS for this site. The page should reload, refresh if it doesn't.
4. Try logging in again.
